Role Summary:
Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. Assist with ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project activities.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Support site activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety guidelines, and procedures
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical support
• Identify project risks and support corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
• 0-3 years of experience in project engineering, project execution, or related functions
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or related engineering software
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
