Project Engineer – High-Rise Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with strong UAE construction experience to join our project team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor structural, civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Review drawings, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and technical requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Attend consultant/client meetings and follow up on site issues.
• Ensure inspections, approvals, and work progress are completed on time.
• Support planning, progress reporting, and recovery actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• High-rise building experience is mandatory.
• Experience with a main contractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, RFIs, inspections, and construction sequencing.
• Strong coordination and site management skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience: Minimum 7 years, with relevant UAE high-rise experience.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
