- 10 years' experience in hard toys engineering in manufacturing company
- Adequate knowledge in quality requirements for US, Japan & Europe markets
- Solid experience in handling OEM projects from start to end
- Familiar with product development and safety standards for toys
- Monitor complete process from development to production
- Ensure product quality and timeline management
- BOM, costing, tooling, accessories' sourcing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin & computer literacy
