Project Engineer – Housing/Subdivision Development

We are looking for a Project Site Engineer who will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth coordination with contractors and project teams. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and people management skills, maturity, and the ability to effectively handle site issues, contractor concerns, and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and contractors.
• Manage contractor concerns and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Lead site personnel and maintain good working relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to management.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• At least 5 years of working experience (Construction, preferably housing or horizontal)
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Preferably residing in East Metro.
