What they need
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC & M&E project activities.
Prepare and review technical drawings and material submissions. Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on technical and site matters.
Coordinate site works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and manpower deployment. Attend site meetings, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
Prepare progress reports, method statements, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support project handover and documentation upon completion.
