Project Engineer (HVAC, MVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project execution, supervise work progress and coordinate various site activities for the assigned projects/works
• Assist in technical drawings for the assigned projects/works
• Collaborate with the project team, including both office and field staff and provide technical assistance
• Perform site coordination work with sub-contractors, suppliers, and government departments
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to ensure proper installation and performance of HVAC systems
• Assist in tendering, cost control, budgeting, variation claims, and project reporting
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on material procurement, delivery schedules, and technical matters
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and corrective actions on a timely basis
• Support cost control, procurement, testing & commissioning, and project reporting

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or relevant disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in E&M installation & build (HVAC, MVAC) projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and possessing good communication skills
• Strong in problem-solving, organizing and planning skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered of Assistant Engineer
