Project Engineer (Industrial Estate)

Summary

Oversee the technical design and field coordination of infrastructure developments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive technical planning across project scope, timelines, and financial frameworks
• Supervise and manage the field activities of all IKIP on-site contractors and vendors
• Perform rigorous quality assurance inspections and verify adherence to safety protocols in the field
• Provide detailed status updates and risk assessments to the infrastructure superintendent
• Collaborate with the Environment Division to ensure adherence to ecological mandates
• Assist the utility engineer regarding technical aspects of integrated utility developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years as a project engineer, preferably in infrastructure/industrial estate projects
• Proficient in technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
