Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Instrumentation with strong experience in Instrumentation Project Execution and Automation Commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for instrumentation engineering, erection, commissioning, site execution and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute instrumentation projects including engineering, erection and commissioning.
- Handle automation commissioning and support PLC/DCS, HMI/SCADA systems.
- Read and interpret PFD, P&ID, GA and layout drawings.
- Review cable tray/cable routing, JB schedules, I/O assignment and instrument hook-ups.
- Perform loop checking, instrument testing and calibration.
- Carry out logic checks, troubleshooting and software commissioning.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, manufacturers, contractors and site teams.
- Supervise instrumentation erection activities and monitor site progress.
