Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

• Manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from execution to completion.
• Coordinate engineering activities, drawings, technical requirements, and site works.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Follow up with site teams, engineers, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at site.
• Supervise and monitor company workers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders as required.
• Review project requirements and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain project-related reports, records, and updates.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out site execution and project coordination.
• Engineering/technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
