Project Engineer- Interior fitout

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from site execution to final handover.
• Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings to ensure proper execution as per approved specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, material requirements, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and approved project specifications are strictly followed.
• Coordinate inspections, resolve technical issues, manage snagging, and ensure successful project handover.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager regarding project status and site requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Municipality Engineering License/Registration is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, including ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Excellent site management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
