Work Location: Noombal (Near Thiruverkadu, Chennai)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Layout Development to manage and execute residential layout and infrastructure development works. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in site execution, contractor management, quality control and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise residential layout development works from execution to completion.
• Execute and monitor internal roads, paver roads, kerb walls and compound walls.
• Supervise RCC drains,trenches, Hume pipe laying, sewer lines and water lines.
• Coordinate electrical ducting and other external development works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and required levels.
• Manage subcontractors,manpower, materials and daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress,quality, safety and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants,contractors and internal project teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify site issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in layout development / infrastructure works.
• Strong experience in residential plotted development and external infrastructure works.
• Hands-on knowledge of roadwork, drainage roadwork, drainage roadwork,drainage, sewerage, water supply and utility works.
• Good understanding of drawings,levels, measurements and site execution.
• Experience in real estate / layout development projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership,coordination and site management skills.
