Project Engineer - Major Project Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Project Engineer - Major Project Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will support the delivery of complex transportation and infrastructure initiatives that help strengthen critical mobility networks. The Project Engineer will partner closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to guide scope, execution, and commercial performance on major projects. The position also contributes to pursuit and proposal efforts, helping position the organization for continued growth in a competitive market.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing transportation projects and programs
• Deliver improvements to infrastructure for roadways, bridges, and transit
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse project stakeholders
• Support marketing and pursuit strategies for project bids
• Develop and manage project scope and commercial performance

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of field engineering experience or a broad engineering background
• Previous project engineering experience, ideally in roadway or bridge design
• Registered Professional Engineer certification
• Proven ability to contribute to project proposals and winning strategies
