WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Engineer – Mechanical, you will:

-Manage and monitor day-to-day Mechanical works on site.

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines.

-Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.

-Monitor project progress, schedules, and milestones.

-Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.

-Support inspections, testing, and quality compliance.

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

-Identify project risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

-Apply project management standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

-2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction

-Knowledgeable in Construction Management and Project Coordination

-Familiar with the Philippine Mechanical Engineering Code (PME Code)

-Knowledgeable in applicable Plumbing, Fire, Sanitation, and Environmental Codes

-Familiar with ASHRAE standards

-Knowledgeable in MS Project or Primavera

-Preferably knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Preferably with Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training
