Project Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their technical and engineering needs;
• Maintain design & project coordination with lead architect/surveyor/project manager;
• Conduct site visits and research in technical processes;
• Give expert advice on available engineering solutions and technical changes;
• Project management and implementation of technical solutions;
• Evaluate the functionality of redesigned processes;
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Experience with a consultancy/design & build background is preferred;
• 3-5 years’ experience or above with an electrical engineering/mechanical engineering background is preferred;
• Detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical processes;
• Proficient in computer engineering and design software;
• Advanced CAD skills in building services design drawings;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with stakeholder, project management and team management;
• Proficient in MS applications, etc.;
• Mature, self-motivated, organized, proactive and multitasking.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
