Project Engineer -Mechanical

1. Oversee daily Mechanical activities and coordinate with site staff and subcontractors to ensure project progress aligns with the schedule.

2. Provide technical recommendation or advice to construction teams regarding Mechanical issues, construction methods, and materials.

3. Conduct inspections and audits on Mechanical works to ensure it is performed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of site activities, including daily report but not limited to deliveries, MRF, SI/WO.

5. Monitor safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations; attend to safety and toolbox meetings.

6. Coordinate with the project contractors, project manager and project consultants and serve as liaison on behalf of owner for Mechanical queries.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. PRC license is a plus.

3. 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.

4. Familiarity with Mechanical construction regulations and standards.

5. Proven track record of successful project delivery.

6. Strong leadership and management skills.

7. Strong resource management abilities.
