Job Summary

We are looking for 2 experienced Mechanical Project Engineers to manage and execute industrial projects across the UAE.

The candidate will be responsible for project execution from engineering and planning through procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical projects in line with approved scope, drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Manage piping, structural steel, equipment installation, fabrication, shutdown and maintenance works.

• Review P&IDs, GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, technical specifications, method statements, and other engineering documents.

• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and daily/weekly progress reports.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Monitor material procurement and ensure materials are available in line with the execution schedule.

• Attend client meetings, site meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.

• Identify technical/site issues and coordinate timely solutions.

• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower utilization, and subcontractor performance.

• Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, QA/QC requirements, and HSE procedures.

• Manage site measurements, variations/additional works, punch-list clearance, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Maintain proper project documentation and client correspondence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in mechanical/EPC/industrial projects preferred.

• Strong experience in piping, fabrication, structural steel and mechanical equipment installation.

• Experience in industrial plants, power plants, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing facilities, or shutdown projects will be preferred.

• Good understanding of P&IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, piping specifications and MTOs.

• Familiarity with project planning, procurement coordination, QA/QC, HSE, testing and commissioning.

• Ability to independently coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• UAE driving licence will be an advantage.

• Candidates available to join immediately/at short notice will be preferred.

Preferred Profile

We are looking for hands-on Project Engineers, not only office-based coordinators. Candidates should be comfortable handling engineering documentation, procurement follow-up, site execution, client coordination, and project close-out.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
