PROJECT ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

The Project Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring mechanical engineering projects to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, cost efficiency, and compliance with applicable engineering standards and project specifications. The position oversees project documentation, system inputs, quotation preparation, client coordination, quality control, and team supervision while working closely with the Engineering and Planning Head and other concerned departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects.

Includes System Input ( SR, JO and PR)

• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to interpret their requirements and needs
• Maintaining quality control and compliance in every aspect of the project.
• Submitting reports on a project status.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reports regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

Includes System Input (HRIS - JO tagging)

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Engineering and Planning Head and other project participants for aid and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
