Project Engineer - MVAC System

Responsible:

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases for Installation of Cold Room system
• Prepare documents, drawings and material submissions
• Coordinate with E&M consultants, architects and clients
• Manage sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely deliverables
• Monitor site installation progress and address site issues
• Responsible for site handover and T&C completion
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in engineering.
• Experience in building service (especially MVAC installation) for new construction site will be an advantage.
• At least 2-6 years relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated, initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
