Project Engineer (Oil & Gas)

IDS Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – construction to lead and manage construction projects from planning through project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan, project schedule, milestones, budget, and resources.

Lead project execution to ensure compliance with design, specifications, contracts, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, vendors, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, cash flow, and take corrective actions when required.

Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, Permit to Work, and applicable regulations.

Ensure quality through inspection, testing, commissioning, and punch list management.

Manage relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulators.

Manage contracts, including variation orders, change orders, claims, and contract issues.

Lead, develop, and evaluate the project team to achieve project targets and KPIs.

Manage commissioning, handover, as-built documentation, lesson learned, and final project reporting.
