PROJECT ENGINEER | QUEZON CITY

• Conduct actual measurement for ACP, DNSD, AISSI
• Inspect jobsite prior to mobilization and conduct analysis for system of scaffoldings to be use.
• Monitors and supervises assigned projects for ACP, DNSD, AISSI
• Prepares and request materials for the on-going projects
• Provide Project monitoring reports
• Handles preparation of files for the newly closed contracts
• Attends jobsite coordination meetings
• Monitors that the subcon or in-house installers assigned to the project are performing well in accordance with the clients approved details and requirements
• Ensures that all materials or labor needed at the jobsite especially cash advances for project expenses are properly requested on time
• Ensures that all cash advances for projects are properly liquidated on time
• Submit reports written or verbal pertaining to the progress of all assigned projects
• Must make sure that all projects concerns were diligently addressed
• Monitors and evaluate project accomplishment report to be signed by client weekly, both for subcon follows all company policies and instructions
• Strictly monitors and report subcon both positive and negative. Must make sure that subcon follows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• With knowledge in AutoCAD
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga
