Project Engineer (PE-High Rise) PHUKET

• Manage and supervise repair and maintenance work for common areas in projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring repair and maintenance.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Structural Engineer, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proven track record of managing repair and maintenance projects for residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work 6 days per week and travel to company sites as assigned.
• License for Professional Practice.
