Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Planning & Billing to manage project planning, execution coordination, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and billing activities for turnkey EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, micro-plans, and progress trackers.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Prepare and track client billing documentation based on BOQs, contracts, and project milestones.
• Follow up on bill submission, certification, and payment closure.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain project reports, Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), billing trackers, and documentation.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, contracts, and work orders to ensure compliance.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project planning, coordination, execution, or billing.
• Experience in EPC or turnkey projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, micro-planning, resource allocation, and billing.
• Ability to read and interpret BOQs, tenders, contracts, and work orders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
