Project Engineer / Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team at our modern office at 66 Tower (BTS Udomsuk). The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting and coordinating construction projects from design through construction and handover. This role involves technical project coordination of design, building, scheduling, cost monitoring, and communication with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing projects.
• Monitor and report on project schedules, progress, and deliverables versus plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare and review project documents such as method statements, work schedules, progress reports, and shop drawings.
• Track cost control, quantity take-offs, and variation orders.
• Require compliance with design specifications, quality standards, housekeeping and safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Identify potential project risks and support problem-solving activities, suggest priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or customer.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or or other related engineering fields
• 2–3 years of experience in project management or construction project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiar with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Flexible work hours.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork with good coordination & communication skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
