Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage technical drawings, coordinate with design consultants and site teams, support project execution, and assist with commercial estimation and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, site teams, contractors, and clients.
• Review construction drawings for accuracy, dimensions, constructability, and coordination clashes.
• Manage GFC drawings, drawing registers, revisions, and document control.
• Track RFIs and resolve drawing-related issues with site teams.
• Coordinate client changes and assess their impact on project cost and schedules.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and debit/credit notes for project variations.
• Review vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements, and support procurement and negotiations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, drawing coordination, or technical project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of structural/architectural drawings, BOQs, rate analysis, and document control.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, attention to detail, and commercial understanding.
