Project In Charge – Land Development

For our Construction Client

We are looking for an experienced Project In Charge (PIC) who has strong hands-on experience in land development and horizontal construction to be assigned in Lian, Batangas project site.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with projects involving earthworks, excavation, slope protection, retaining walls, and/or golf course development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site operations
• Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Surveyors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure proper execution of earthworks and other land development activities
• Monitor quality, productivity, safety, and project timelines
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with management for necessary actions
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications:

• With experience as a Project In Charge, Site Supervisor, Project Engineer, or similar position
• Must have actual experience in land development / horizontal construction
• Experience in earthworks, excavation, slope protection, retaining walls, golf course development, or similar projects is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work site-based and in project locations as required
• Can effectively manage manpower, equipment, and site activities

Important: Candidates with experience primarily in building construction but without land development or horizontal works experience may not be suitable for this position.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
