Project Engineer / Project Manager (Electrical / ACMV)

Job Scope:

Project Manager, Electrical

1. Project Leadership: Lead the team to monitor project progress and manage everything within the budget.
2. Sub-Contractor Supervision: Supervise sub-contractors to ensure work matches approved drawings, methods, and material samples.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors regarding project drawings and materials.
4. Design Compliance: Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure they meet all specifications and guidelines.
5. Technical Review: Use technical knowledge to identify and resolve design discrepancies between electrical, structural, and architectural plans.
6. Schedule & Meeting Management: Execute the project within deadlines and attend contractor meetings to resolve issues and update progress.
7. Team Allocation & Standards: Assign tasks to engineers and supervisors, ensuring work meets company standards and SOPs.

Project Manager, ACMV

1. Overall Project Management: Direct the entire ACMV project, including analyzing schedules, planning execution, and managing all project documentation.
2. Team & Sub-Contractor Leadership: Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, safety coordinators, and sub-contractors, including allocating manpower and resources.
3. Budget & Financial Management: Control the project budget, handle monthly payment claims, and manage variation orders and extensions of time.
4. Progress Monitoring & Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to track progress against the schedule and attend essential meetings to update stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving & Liaison: Coordinate directly with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues and implement contingency plans.
6. Submissions & Approvals: Lead the team in preparing and securing approvals for shop drawings, materials, risk assessments, and method statements.
7. Testing & Project Handover: Manage the testing and commissioning of the ACMV system, and oversee the final handover of OMM documents, training, and warranties.
