Project Engineer – Scaffolding

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Engineer – Scaffolding with strong technical knowledge, Quality Control (QC) expertise, and sales capabilities to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute scaffolding projects from start to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and review scaffolding drawings, material requirements, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, operations, and other departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in scaffolding.
• Engineering qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, site execution, and QC procedures.
• Proven experience in sales, client coordination, and business development.
• Ability to read technical drawings and prepare BOQs and quotations.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available to work in Dubai, UAE.
