About the role
Assist Project Manager in plumbing and drainage project execution and tender estimation. Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others. Supervise subcontractor performance and prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects.

About you
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Plumbing and Drainage Engineering
- Licensed Plumber would be an advantage
- At least 4 years of proven experience in project execution
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Knowledge in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD
