Consults with customers regarding engineering topics related to new and current commercial opportunities along with the status of ongoing projects from an engineering perspective. Functions within the company as the voice of the customer related to engineering focus discussions within the company to ensure that projects remain on time and deliver to all milestones developed at the beginning of projects. Acquire, analyze and accurately interpret customer’s specifications and consult/negotiate with customers to ensure specifications are practical and reasonable for NORMA given our expertise and experience. In addition, ensure that mating product requirements are properly established to ensure success of NORMA products. As the primary technical interface for NORMA products on the customer side, proactively visit customer sites to conduct technical communication and coordination. May serve as NORMA technical lead in assigned product group(s), maintaining in-depth knowledge of product options, performance, and capabilities. Supports other Project Engineers with specific product knowledge wherever required. Understand NORMA’s manufacturing processes and their impact on product performance and available options. Follows and adheres to the department processes including active contribution to their continuous optimization. Accountable for processing customer inquiries/projects with other departments (sales, process, RFQ calculation, etc.) to ensure an efficient and fast response to customer inquiries (PLC-B). Responsible for Product Design via the DCN (Design Change Notice) CAD request process related Norma drawings (e.g. product drawings (DRWGs) including BOM (Bill of Material), subcomponent and related material drawings, including the creation and tracking of the according part numbers (applies for all product-lifecycle phases). Communicates the detailed design (eg: BOM, product design drawings, PVP&R (Product Validation Plan & Report) and D-FMEA to the project/inquiry team. Ensures frequent project/inquiry reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Is responsible for the product/material verification and validation process via the TFDB LAB request process as required to satisfy the customers’ demands and reduce risk for NORMA, including the responsibility to check if the design follows the limits described via the D-FMEA, actively contributes as team member in D-FMEA sessions and able to present to internal and external stakeholders. Supports IME and Quality Engineers as requested to ensure good transfer of data from design documentation (DRWG and D-FMEAs) to process documentation (i.e., Control Plans, P-FMEAs) . Contributes to Global Excellence (GE) and VA/VE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) activities per the approved process. Follows and implements the NORMA values and targets as defined by the Group processes, including the Group Core Values and the Code of Conduct. Continuous improvement of self-knowledge, for instance via training, seminars and/or additional tasks outside of the key Product Engineering assignments. 职位要求：

At least 5 years working experience in Automotive industry (Metal Fasten and Plastic Fluid) with PV- OEMs, especially VW, ……

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering colleges with metal and plastic material knowledge is preferred.
• Successful AE or PDE experience in supporting business development in the past with PV-OEMs from a technical perspective.
• Open minded attitude and flexible, Strong logical thinking.
• Fluent English language.
• Engineering software using skills is preferred, Creo, CATIA……
• Open minded attitude and flexible.
• Result oriented mindset.
• Diligent, motivated self-starter, flexible.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and switch quickly and efficiently between tasks.
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Flexible travelling is necessary (+50% of the time), In particularly, regarding customer visits and regular project meetings at the relevant plants, as well as customer plant audits.
