Project Engineer (Small Electrical Appliance)

About Our Client

A leading group of companies engaging in the development of small electrical products and home appliance for worldwide market.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering
• 4 years or above relevant working experience with manufacturing background
• Experience in small electrical products or home appliance is highly preferred
• Solid experience in product development, costing and quotation follow up
• Result-driven, energetic, self-initiative, dynamics with good interpersonal skills
• Dynamics, detail-oriented, prioritize, team player and sense of responsibilities
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese WP
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and factories on order specification and requirements
• Conduct analysis on costing, design modification and product quotation
• Follow up the projects from new product development to bulk production
• Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers on development process
• Keep track of the production status with factories to meet customers’ requirements
• Travel to China for factories visit and perform ad hoc projects/duties as assigned
