Project Engineer – Solar Energy

About the role

VOLT is looking for a technically skilled Project Engineer (Philippines) to support the planning and execution of solar installation projects. This role ensures projects are properly designed, coordinated, and implemented by working closely with sales, site survey, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical designs and system layouts for solar installation projects
• Coordinate with site survey, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Review site survey data to ensure technical feasibility and accurate system planning
• Support project scheduling, technical documentation, and installation planning
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure installations meet quality and safety standards

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, or technical project coordination
• Background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related technical fields
• Experience with solar system design or installation preferred
• Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
