PROJECT ENGINEER (TARLAC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules
• Prepares billing for contractors
• Prepares a description and timeline of the project
• Maintain a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
• Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
• Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 1-2 years experience in housing or residential projects.
• Knowledgeable in land development , structural, and surveying is an advantage
• Computer Literate especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Willing to work on Saturday duty
• Preferably residing in Tarlac City or willing to relocate.
