Project engineer trainee

Job Responsibilities -

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.

Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.

Taking relevant quotes from vendors according to our project environment and negotiating regarding the prices.

Taking status of production work on daily bases to meet project deadline.

Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personal performance and reporting on the project status.

Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other projects participant's and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.

Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Submits projects documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to customer.

Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries.

Prepare installation and maintenance procedures.

Skill-

Relevant degree in engineering.

Good excel knowledge.

Plus point of visio knowledge.

Good computer knowledge.

Good communication skills.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Ability to work in a team.

Time management and organization skills.

Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualification:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary:

Employees will draw a stppend of Rs. 9,000-12,000./p.m. as per company rules.

Employees will be on a training period of three to six months from the date of joining.

After completion of your training period you will be out on probation for three to six months based on employee performance. The management may, in its discretion, extend or reduce the training and / or probation period. During the period of probation or training, you services may be terminated without assigning any reason/ or issue of any notice.

On successful completion of the probation period, about which you will be informed in writing, you will be confirmed permanent in the service of the company. And you will then available incentives and other benefits as per company rules and regulation and your increment will depend on your appraisal and evaluation report.

Your services, however, would be terminable on one month notice or pay in lieu thereof on either side.
