Project Engineer- Utility

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Utilities to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects, with strong hands-on experience in utility works and RTA projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise utility works related to road and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, utility authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret utility drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure utility works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate utility diversions, protection, relocation, and installation works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders for utility-related approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues related to utilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and other required project documentation.
• Coordinate with the planning and quantity surveying teams regarding progress, quantities, and variations.
• Ensure all works comply with RTA requirements, project specifications, and approved standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in road, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Strong experience in UAE road and infrastructure projects.
• RTA project experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of utility networks, including water, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, telecom, electrical, and other underground services.
• Experience in utility diversion, relocation, protection, and coordination works.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, method statements, and site execution.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• UAE experience is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
