Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in waterproofing and civil construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, client and subcontractor coordination, and material management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise waterproofing application and site execution.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
• Handle client billing, RA bills, BOQ, JMR, and final bills.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Monitor project quality, costs, timelines, and material consumption.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality procedures.
