Project Engineer/Asst. Project Engineer (Lifts Service/Overhaul/Modernization)

About the role

Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer responsible for project management of service, overhaul and modernization lifts and escalators projects.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and performing projects on target time and within budget
• Assist to leading and supervise service/overhaul / modernization team in carrying out the project plan
• Prepare project documentation for various submissions and updating the working program and reporting
• Attend meetings and communication with clients, EMSD, sub-contractors and front-line staff for site work and program
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and related parties

About you

• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in project management of lift and escalator industry.
• Less experiences candidate would be considered as Asst. Project Engineer.
• Self-motivated, independent, good time management, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Overtime works required.
