Project Engineer/Construction Ops Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate multiple commercial projects from planning through closeout
• Support project teams with schedules, documentation, material tracking, and communication
• Serve as a liaison between field personnel, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change requests, and project logs
• Assist with estimating, purchasing, and budget tracking activities
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and project reviews
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and key milestones are achieved
• Support project closeout activities, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation
