- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, installation quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve site constraints and technical issues.
- Monitor critical construction activities and dependencies between CSA and MEP works.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring contractor performance, productivity, manpower, and progress.
- Ensure construction activities are properly sequenced to support subsequent installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
4. Quality and Compliance
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure construction activities comply with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), specifications, and quality requirements.
- Participate in inspections and monitor closure of defects, punch lists, NCRs, and site observations.
- Verify that materials and equipment installed on site comply with approved submissions and project requirements.

6. Planning, Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor project milestones, construction progress, and key deliverables against the approved programme.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and highlight potential schedule risks or constraints.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, issue trackers, site observation reports, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with the planning team on construction sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.

- Previous hands-on experience as a Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator is strongly preferred.
- Experience in project management, project execution and/or maintenance, particularly within an operational facility.
- Hands-on experience coordinating works within a live plant / operational environment, where ongoing operations must be maintained while project, installation, modification or maintenance activities are being carried out.
- Strong coordination experience involving contractors, vendors, operations/maintenance teams and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good understanding of construction activities from procurement and construction through testing & commissioning and handover.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary works involving CSA and MEP interfaces.
