About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Karya Bahana Group. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to think critically to provide solutions
