About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and project-related activities. The role will involve regular site visits, project monitoring, site measurements, quantity takeoff, cost estimation, preparation of quotations, and coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working both in the office and on-site, with strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits and project inspections
• Check and take site measurements for project requirements
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and quotations
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and site activities
• Address and coordinate project/site concerns and requirements
• Follow up on project status, materials, and pending requirements
• Prepare and maintain project-related documents and reports

Qualification:

• At least 2 years of construction or project experience
• Graduate of an Engineering course
• With a valid driver’s license
• Willing to perform field work
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in quantity takeoff, costing/estimation, material procurement, and site coordination (preferred)
• Licensed engineer (advantage)
