What they need
Key Responsibilities：
- Run material requirement via MRP/ERP system, generate material shortage report daily, follow up with procurement and suppliers to push material arrival, give early warning of line-down risk;
- Make weekly/daily production schedule based on material readiness, adjust production plan dynamically to improve material kit rate and capacity utilization;
- Track material consumption on production line, reconcile stock balance, in-transit material data, resolve material issues (wrong part, short supply, obsolete stock) during production;
- Prepare daily/weekly material status report, sync material progress to production, procurement and project team;
- Support ECN/EOL changeover to adjust material plan, follow up obsolete material claim with suppliers.
