Project Engineering Lead

1. Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering activities and coordinate with contractors to achieve project milestones and budget targets.

2. Develop and coordinate execution plans covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

3. Support damage assessment, equipment inspections, vendor/OEM engagement and fit-for-service requirements.

4. Coordinate engineering activities related to damage assessment, demolition and detailed design deliverables.

5. Monitor project progress, interfaces and execution against approved schedules and requirements.

6. Conduct risk-based evaluations of complex technical issues and coordinate timely resolution.

7. Ensure compliance with company requirements, standards, specifications and instructions.

8. Manage change management, scope optimisation and scope creep control.

9. Support development of EPC scope and ITT for restoration/rebuild activities.

   1. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and internal project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

2. Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, including:

   • At least 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
   • At least 1 year in a supervisory/acting role or experience overseeing contractor/subcontractor/service/vendor personnel.

3. Experience with an integrated LNG development involving multiple EPCs.

4. Experience in risk assessment and risk-based decision making.

5. Experience with upstream sour service gas and LNG facilities.

6. Experience with large utility system design.

7. Experience working with major EPC contractors in a Lump Sum environment.

8. Technical background as a Discipline Engineer, Project Engineer or Field Engineer.

9. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and risk-management skills.
