该职位来源于猎聘 This position is mainly responsible to supports the Project Engineering Manager to carry out design WBS breakdown, design schedule preparation, design schedule progress control, recovery plan and re-baseline.

Meanwhile, as the focal point to perform the cross-disciplinary & cross-department schedule coordination across the full design lifecycle of EPC projects.

The focal point to work with the Project Planning Manager to integrate schedule interfaces among engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and assists the Project Design Manager in ensuring all project milestones are achieved on schedule. Main activities:

• Support to Project Engineering Manager to develop the Work Breakdown Structure of Engineering Work.
• Support to Project Engineering Manager to develop the Project Engineering Work Roadmap and milestone.
• Support to Project Engineering Manager to coordinate with each discipline leader to develop the Engineering MDR.
• As the focal point and professional master for the engineering activity to coordinate with Project Planner to develop the project schedule (Level 3), audit procurement & construction timelines to reserve adequate design time for quality assurance.
• Establish a multi-level Engineering Activity WBS schedule system via P6, Microsoft Project and other tools, clarify the engineering working logic, drawing release duration, approval cycle and delivery standards of each discipline.
• Support to Project Engineering Manager and coordinate with discipline lead engineer to develop the level 4 project engineering schedule, rolling deliverables release schedule and drawing approval special schedule in accordance with project contracts, client requirements and local international project conditions.
• Participate in project design schedule management, review the weight factors of each design discipline and deliverables, and ensure a reliable and executable basis for design progress measurement.
• Support to Project Engineering Manager to plan and allocate design resources plan, mainly design manpower and design software resources plan.
• Regularly track the progress of discipline drawing production, internal review, client submission, official approval and design changes, count deviations between actual progress and baseline schedule, report on the project meeting.
• Analyze root causes of delays such as drawing backlogs, cross-discipline clashes, client approval hold-ups, vendor input delay and design change rework.
• Support to Project Engineering Manager to develop the recovery plan and re-baseline schedule if required. Secondary activities:
• Coordinate the schedule matching among engineering, tendering & procurement, equipment delivery, on-site construction and commissioning & acceptance.
• Develop the weekly, monthly and special schedule reports in accordance with project compliance requirements, focusing on design milestone completion, delay analysis and subsequent engineering deliverables release plans, and complete schedule submission and technical communication with clients and supervisors.
• Support project engineering manager and project management team to collect and sort out supporting documents of engineering delays, approval postponements and change impacts to provide data support for project time extension, variation claims and final settlement. Secondary activities:
• Coordinate the schedule matching among engineering, tendering & procurement, equipment delivery, on-site construction and commissioning & acceptance.
• Develop the weekly, monthly and special schedule reports in accordance with project compliance requirements, focusing on design milestone completion, delay analysis and subsequent engineering deliverables release plans, and complete schedule submission and technical communication with clients and supervisors.
• Support project engineering manager and project management team to collect and sort out supporting documents of engineering delays, approval postponements and change impacts to provide data support for project time extension, variation claims and final settlement. Requirements：
• Work experience of at least 5 years with FPSO EPC engineering coordination or management or at least 5 years as EPC Project Plan Development work.
• Possession of the P6, Microsoft Project and other tools (see the above Job Description).
• English language as working language.
