About the role

Hiruta And Summit Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Sr.Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi, Thailand. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery whilst managing engineering teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management expertise within a dynamic engineering environment.

Detail

• Control and Follow up Project /New model/ Current Model to be ensured tool prepare data for on plan and follow up as requirement

• Control and co ordinates manufacturing process optimization

• Control standard part , Desige and drawing ,tooling and equipment planning, to be ensured availability of consumable supply

• Coordinate with customer as customer requirement.

• Control and Follow up APQP, VA/VE,ECN,EO,PCR and other requirements

• Other job as superior assignment .

Qualification

Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial / Automotive /Electrical /Mechanical Engineer or Relate Field

Experience in Management Level of Project Engineering in Automotive Manufacturing at least 5-10 year (focus in Japanese company)

Experience in Project Engineering Managemnt at least 10-15 year (focus in Japanese company)

Knowledge in Project Engineering Managment , ISO 9000,IATF 16949,APQP,FMEA,Core tool ,VA/VE, ECN,ECR ,New Model, CAD/CAM SOlid Work ,Catia ,SREA ,Customer Requirement of FORD, MMTh and other concerned requirment

Good skill to negotiate with customer and good personality.

Strong to Discipline and Manpower control under policy of company

Good command in English language ( if possible in Japanese )

Ability to driving the car and working under pressure.
