- Follow up new product development from kick off to pilot run
- Coordinate a team of R & D, mechanical and electronics engineers in China to follow up product design and development, trouble shooting, tooling, technical liaison between customers, production departments and quality department
- Follow up OEM projects with sales and customers
- Prepare product specification for Sales & Marketing use
- Provide technical support to Sales dept
- Follow up manufacturing, engineering or electronics changes
- Prepare and verify BOM for product costing
