Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is accountable to oversee completion of residential projects (Land Development & House Construction), to review and validate progress reports and contractor’s billing. The incumbent’s responsibilities include effective management of the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferably a licensed Civil Engineer, but not required).
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the construction of houses in a low-cost to mid-range level real estate company.
- Willing to be assigned in Bulacan, Pampanga, or Pasig City.
- For Bulacan or Pampanga: Must have experience in horizontal development projects, including single-attached houses, duplexes, and townhouses.
- For Pasig City: Must have experience in vertical development projects, particularly condominium construction.
- Open to project-based employment (renewable annually).
