  • Manage quality assurance systems, including ITP administration, lot close-outs, RFIs, NCRs, and testing records.
  • Monitor site performance, progress reporting, work programs, and construction methodologies.
  • Interpret designs, temporary works, and resolve field engineering and technical issues.
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor claims, variations, cost tracking, and progress valuations.
  • Drive zero harm HSE standards, risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and environmental compliance.

Experience & Capabilities

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or relevant discipline) and eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience for Site Engineer / 5+ years’ experience for Project Engineer in major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC digital systems, ITPs, and Australian Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, project controls, and technical interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
  • Current Australian Driver’s License and White Card
