NexVentur is recruiting for a Project Engineer / Senior Engineer to join an established and growing Irish construction and civil engineering company working across Dublin/Kildare and the surrounding areas.

About the Company

Established in 2005, the company has grown into a well-established construction and civil engineering business with a strong track record across data centres, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical/healthcare and industrial projects .

They deliver a range of works including civil engineering, groundworks, enabling works, underground services and reinforced concrete , with experience working on large-scale projects for some of Ireland's leading main contractors.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on major projects across residential and data centre construction , with strong scope for career development.

The Role

• Assist with the delivery of projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Setting out and surveying as required
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information
• Assist with planning and programming of works
• Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to specification
• Manage RFIs, technical submissions and site documentation
• Assist with procurement and material coordination
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme

Requirements

• 2–6 years' construction experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Experience working on residential, commercial, civil or data centre projects
• Strong technical and organisational skills
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Full clean driving licence
