PROJECT ENGINEER/SITE ENGINEER

A Construction Company is seeking for a self-motivated & independent individual to join us.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the work is carried out safely, meeting the schedule, budget and quality requirements
2. To manage and allocate manpower and resources required for the works
3. To provide technical input for the preparation of work plans, schedules and work methodologies
4. To closely liaise with the Client, Consultants, designers and other stakeholders
5. To supervise and direct the work of project staff, sub-contractors and vendors
6. To prepare technical write ups and reports as required
7. To provide regular performance status reports on progress of works, cost forecast and safety status

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Civil Engineering
2. 4 years working experience in building construction
3. Experience in precast / prefabrication construction is essential
4. Experience in MEP works will be an added advantage
5. Knowledge in auto-CAD will be an added advantage
6. Proven track record of successful projects delivery
7. Recognized/Registered Engineer in POE/BCA will be an added advantages
