Project Engineer/Site Engineer

About the role

This role involves supervising and monitoring residential construction projects to ensure compliance with designs and plans, managing project progress, controlling construction quality to company standards, coordinating with contractors and foremen, identifying and resolving construction issues, and preparing progress and problem reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in residential construction work
• Experience supervising and managing foreman and contractor teams on construction projects
• Ability to read plans and understand construction procedures
• Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations
• Responsible, able to track work and resolve immediate problems
• Able to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments
• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle ownership
• Experience managing residential construction projects from start to handover

เวลาทำงาน: 6 วัน/สัปดาปห์ วันหยุดแล้วแต่ตกลง

เวลาเข้างาน: เวลา 08.00–17.00 น.

เงินเดือน: พิจารณาตามความสามารถ

สถานที่ทำงาน: กรุงเทพฯ และตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ควบคุมและติดตามงานก่อสร้างบ้านให้เป็นไปตามแบบและแผนงาน

• วางแผนและติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานในโครงการ

• ควบคุมคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท

• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ช่าง Foreman

• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง

• ติดตามงานให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาและแผนงานที่กำหนด

• ตรวจสอบวัสดุและการดำเนินงานให้ถูกต้องตามแบบและรายละเอียดงาน

• จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าและรายงานปัญหาของโครงการ

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานก่อสร้างบ้านพักอาศัย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมและบริหารงานของทีม Foreman และผู้รับเหมาในโครงการก่อสร้าง

• สามารถอ่านแบบและเข้าใจขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง

• สามารถทำงานประจำหน้างานและเดินทางไปยังโครงการได้

• มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถติดตามงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้

• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและประสานงานหลายฝ่ายได้ดี

• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์

• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• หากมีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างบ้านตั้งแต่เริ่มงานจนถึงส่งมอบ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
